Maven Oak CPAs (MO) is a woman-owned CPA firm located in Lafayette, California. Previous to launching MO, the founding members worked together for over ten years. MO was developed from the notion that CPAs can do more than compliance work. We believe in leveraging technology to create efficiencies in compliance. Our team has the skill set to be trusted advisors through our emphasis of building strong relationships within professional organizations. We work closely with clients and their consultants to develop personalized strategies tailored to their unique situation and goals. Our niche is family office, closely-held businesses, individual business owners, trusts & estates.

Principal and Co-Founder
Rebecca is a CPA and Principal. She is a co-founder of Maven Oak CPAs and has more than 16 years of experience in public accounting. Rebecca possesses in-depth knowledge of taxation for businesses including business succession and transition complexities.
Jessica Franke
Principal and Co-Founder
Jessica is a CPA and Principal. She is a co-founder of Maven Oak CPAs and has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting. She has experience in taxation of businesses and individuals with a particular expertise in trusts and estates.
Erin Silva
Principal and Co-Founder
Erin Silva is a CPA and Principal. She is a co-founder of Maven Oak CPAs and has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting. Erin began her career in public accounting working as an auditor for Housing and Urban Development (HUD) properties and Automotive Dealerships. This experience gave Erin a deep knowledge of financial statements and their preparation. Since 2013 Erin specializes in taxation of closely-held businesses, individuals, trusts and estates.
